Rooms are dated but comfortable. Simple things let the place down like worn out towels (mine were frayed), bed sheets that don't look or smell totally fresh and a plastic mattress cover that moved every time I did. The in-house spa was grubby. Location and service make this place.

I had a great time but. Should I return i will never stay in room 407 again. It opposite the maids room. So noise from 8am plus the tie the fire escape open and us it. Which means you have folk going up n down by your balcony looking into your room.

Had 2 weeks there and it's a typical 3 star Turkish hotel. If your after luxury, go to the 5 star resorts. Cheap and cheerful. Its right on the sea front in between the marina and cruise ship docks, the bus stop is right outside for trips away from the hotel. The rooms are tired and dated, the wife had a light and fluffy cushion whilst I had a bean bag. The beds are on the hard side. A small balcony on the side for us, if you want a sea view contact the hotel directly and pay them directly. The pool is on the roof and has a fabulous view, there's always plenty of loungers. The pool guy is up and down for people's food so sometimes the service is slow while you wait but the food is good quality. Few outstanding maintenance jobs in the rooms but again great value for money.

Love this hotel, we stay here every year. Perfect location, lovely views. Wide selection of foods for breakfast etc. Great service and friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Love the roof top pool. Only downside to staying here is the very hard beds, it's like sleeping on the floor. But overall it's a great place to stay in Kusadasi 😊 …

NOT A SAFE HOTEL. BE CAREFUL. THEY GO INTO YOUR ROOM EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON!! We have been to 4 different countries this trip, including 3 states in turkey. NO hotel compares to this one. HORRIBLE experience, bed is hard as a ROCK the floor will be much more comfortable. We checked in at 1:30pm we actually had to wait 30 minutes for the cleaners to clean the room, and make the room ready for us. I realised that they had only given us 1 hotel key. As my wife sometimes goes to see her grandfather and we aren’t always together. So I asked for a second key, and wow I wish I hadn’t. They suggested one of the workers walk up with my wife everytime she comes home rather than just giving me a second key. After arguing with them for a good 15 minutes, they finally gave me a second key (with a 100lira deposit). They strongly advised me not to leave the A/C on when we leave the room.. and we complied. I pressed the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN, and the sign was CLEARLY visible to all the workers. We then left to go for lunch and walk around the city, but before we left I had left my shoes in such a way — that if someone had opened the door I will notice straight away. Surprise surprise, when we came back at 5-6Pm, my shoes were not the same way I had left them. EVEN AFTER WE PUSHED DO NOT DISTURB. Angrily, I stormed down and questioned the men at the front reception. They kept insisting I was lying and nobody will go in to my room without my permission. After insisting that I left my shoes in a Way and they had moved, he finally decided to call the manager. After about 1 hour of back and fourth, they finally admitted that the lady cleaning the floor went into our room to tidy up the room? Even after the do not disturb sign was up? I think it’s all lies to be honest. We had just checked into a brand new room? Why would she need to tidy up? The feeling I have is after we argued about the second key card, they wanted to see if we had left the A/C on.. and if we did they were going to fine us/ kick us out.. but they went into a room with the A/C turned off.. and said they had to clean the room as an excuse once they realised they had moved my shoes around. I warn everyone here, you can check my reviews to other places. I don’t like to bring a business down. But this place is not an honest hotel. You have been warned.
